1) Agree to the principle of supporting the process of voluntary or involuntary integration in the Armed Forces, with the possibility of demobilisation of non-eligible contingents;

2) Agree to the principle of arms control and verification, facilitated by MONUC in order to store all weapons acquired by FARDC;
