Page 1: The Authorities of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, by agreeing to the suggestion of the Russian Federation, and by confirming our readiness for a peaceful settlement of the armed conflict between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh, agree to provide a comprehensive ceasefire and cessation of hostilities starting from 00:01 on 29.04.94 in accordance with the protocol dated 18 February 1994.

Page 1:...Taking into account the absence of observers, mutual lack of trust of the warring parties, and attempting to eliminate possible attempts to use this temporary truce for preparation of another full-scale advancement and to attempt to contribute therefore to providing an inevitable peaceful process, the authorities of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh believe that it is necessary to enact the whole mechanism of the above-mentioned protocol which was signed by the warring parties with the mediation of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.
