The agreement will be effective starting 19:00 on 18 August 1993 upon receiving from the parties the above mentioned commitments. Upon reaching the agreement about the above mentioned meeting, the ceasefire will be automatically prolonged until 24:00 of the day of the meeting, unless another time period is agreed upon during the meeting.

In continuation of the agreements previously agreed on 24 and 28 July 1993, and in case of similar circumstances, both parties commit to renew the ceasefire including ceasing any offensive operations, rocket or artillery fire as well as air bombardments for a period of 5 days, during which time an agreement will be reached about a meeting between the highest authorities of Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh.
The agreement will be effective starting 19:00 on 18 August 1993 upon receiving from the parties the above mentioned commitments.
