Autonomous Province of West Bosnia Cabinet of President Fikret Abdic

On the initiative of the President of the Autonomous Province of West Bosnia, Fikret Abdic, and guided by a wish to establish a lasting peace on the entire territory of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Prime Minister of Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia Dr. Jadranko Prlic, Prime Minister of the Serb Republic Dr. Vladimir Lukic, and Prime Minister of the Autonomous Province of West Bosnia Zlatko Jusic, met on November 6, 1993 in Velika Kladusa in the presence of President of the Autonomous Province of West Bosnia and stated as follows

STATEMENT

1. Prime Minister of Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia, Dr. Jadranko Prlic, Prime Minister of the Serb Republic, Dr. Vladimir Lukic, and Prime Minister of the Autonomous Province of West Bosnia Zlatko Jusic, supported the joint statement signed between President of the Autonomous Province of West Bosnia, Fikret Abdic and President of the Croatian Republic Herzeg-Bosnia, Mate Bohan on October 21, 1993 in Zagreb as well as the declaration siged by President of the Autonomous Province of West Bosnia, Fikret Abdic and President of the Serb Republic, Radovan Karadzic on October 22, 1993 in Belgrade as their expression of good will and commitment to establish a lasting peace in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

2. Prime Ministers of Autonomous Province of West Bosnia, Serb Republic and Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia express contempt concerning realization and materialization of the content of the peace document signed in Zagreb and Belgrade and they welcome this fact as a proof of serious and lasting dedication of all parties for establishing of peace in the area as a precondition for building of the new relationship of mutual confidence and respect.

3. Prime Ministers are resolute in supporting all efforts leading to establishment of a mutual cooperation in our political field and particularly with respect to opening of communications, economic links and other relevant fields.

Following this there will be a.s.a.p.

organized a meeting at the level of Ministers for Economy of Autonomous Province of West Bosnia, Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia and Serb Republic.

4. The Prime Ministers also proposed that soonest possible high level meetings between the Autonomous Province of West Bosnia, Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia and Serb Republic is held with the participation of President of Autonomous Province of West Bosnia, Fikret Abdic, President of Serb Republic, Dr. Radovan Karadzic, and President of Croatian Republic Mate Bohan.

5. Expressing their satisfaction with the determination of the people and leadership of Autonomous Province of West Bosnia, Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia and Serb Republic to establish a lasting peace of the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Presidents of the Governments of Herzeg-Bosnia and Serb Republic invite all relevant factors in Bosnia and Herzegovina to join at the peace efforts aimed at definitive ending of the war and establishing of peace in the interest of all citizens and all peoples in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
